Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager Role
- Director of first impressions; greet all guests entering building, filter accordingly
- Overseeing the day to day follow of business to ensure productivity goals and deadlines are met to the Diamond Do standards
- Providing tours to prospective tenants and clients
- Managing inventory, running reports, & overseeing the lobby displays
- Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
- Creating daily, weekly, and monthly planners for management and staff
- Preparing marketing and social media campaigns to be sent our based on management provided templates and scheduling
- Schedule Interviews, tours, and salon appts
- Organizing tenant and employment paperwork
- Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
- Reporting business progress to senior management and working with them to improve operations and procedures
